Welcome Coolpad Note 3 users, it has been quite long since we tested out any more custom roms on our device as our team has moved to other primary devices and are not using Coolpad Note 3 as the daily driver.

Team Cool has ported for Coolpad Note 3 AOSP 6.0 custom rom which is based on android marshmallow 6.0 and they claim it to be stable, even we have tested the rom and have found it to be smooth and working flawlessly. This is Team Cool’s first rom and they’ve really done a very good job which you can experience it by using the rom on your Coolpad Note 3.

The features are pretty impressive as you can use Reliance Jio sim for calling (you will require Jio Join for calling), the most important thing to tweak and run modified apps is the xposed framework which is supported along with most of the modules are supported(we haven’t tested them but from the users comments we can quote), gravity box is supported and also you will get full AOSP stock experience.

How To Install Coolpad Note 3 AOSP 6.0 Custom Rom

Step 1 : Copy the AOSP(MM)_BY JAVED.zip on your SD Card

Step 2 : Reboot to TWRP Custom Recovery

Step 3 : Wipe cache, dalvik, system, internal data

Step 4 : Go back and select Install > one level up > external_sd > select the AOSP(MM)_BY JAVED.zip

Step 5 : Swipe right to flash

Step 6 : Reboot
