The Coolpad Note 3 stock rom in this version is packed with the stock features along with some modifications and integration of other rich features like in-built ad-blocker, Bravia,  X-Reality, Vivid Engines, pre-rooted with the latest supersu installed, build.prop tweaks and much more. If you have recently upgraded to Marshmallow on your Coolpad Note 3 and have found many glitches and bugs in it then you definitely want to revert back to Lollipop and we are pretty much sure that you will love this highly optimized stock rom.

Instructions To Install Coolpad Note 3 Stock Rom Optimized

Step 1 : Copy the Coolpad Note 3 Stock Rom Optimized & Update 1to your SD Card (go to the bottom of this post for downloading the firmware)

Step 2 : Now go to TWRP recovery menu (follow this guide to install TWRP)

Step 3 : Boot into TWRP recovery menu and select Wipe > Advance wipe & select Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Cache, Data and “Swipe to Wipe”

Step 4 : Go back and click Install > (Up A Level) > external_sd > select the firmware(Stock rom and Update 1)

Step 5 : Once it is done then Reboot

Special Instructions

  1. Once you have completed the installation process, open Viper4Android app and then install the driver from within the app and then reboot once.
  2. To stop MTKLogger on each boot –
    • Open dial pad and type *#9527*#
    • Click on DM
    • Type the password “54321”
    • If DM Flag value is “1” Choose “ok”, DM mark will become “0”
    • If DM colour turn green from red, then choose “close” and select “sure”
    • Reboot “factory” and “MTKlogger” is gone after the boot

    (Checked by dual boot method)
    I will switch my stock rom with this…:-)
    But recovery didn’t work for me…I had flash v3 for cpn3+ separately via flashify

  9. I installed the ROM.. but isn’t working, I didn’t see the logo ……… Just feel the vibration only once a 20 sec……..

  17. Install this ROM but built feature adbloker,bravia,xreality, vivid engines, not shown and one more problem every app taking 4-5 seconds to open please solwe this I love this ROM thanks.

  20. is gaming performance in asphalt 8,dead trigger or high graphics games ok?phone daily usage is ok?camera quailty? does this rom have any type of bug? please reply
