Once again hello friends, we have been researching over custom ROMs on Lenovo A6000/Plus which are not present as there are not many developers for the device. But we have found alternative custom ROMs from other devices like the Lenovo K3 which is compatible, and we are testing it on our Lenovo A6000/Plus, and they are working pretty well. I hope you might have tested our other upload which was Custom Rom MIUI.

Today we are presenting you another Custom ROM which is KitKat 4.4.4 based, and the type is FIUI. You can download the custom ROM FIUI for Lenovo A6000/Plus below.

Before going through the guide and the files, please read the message below:

DISCLAIMER : In no means we are responsible if you brick your phone or your SD card dies or your phone behaves abnormally. It is your sole and your own responsibility to install the custom rom on your phone. If you’re unaware of custom roms and its bugs then please do not go any further. 

Pre-requisites :

1. Rooted device – You can read the guide here for rooting your Lenovo A6000/Plus

2. CWM installed – You can follow the tutorial here for installing CWM.

3. Custom Rom of FIUI

4. Google Services (Gapps) – Download here from here. ( This is the minimal edition)

5. Backup all your data.

How to install FIUI For Lenovo A6000/Plus:

Step 1: Copy both the files to your SD card

Step 2: Boot into Recovery (Follow the guide to go to recovery)

Step 3:  Please take an entire backup of your current ROM through the CWM menu. So that you can restore it back if you fail to install the FIUI custom ROM.

Step 4: Enter recovery

Step 5: Make full wipe including “system.”

Step 6: Flash the ROM and then the gapps.

Step 7: Reboot (the first boot can take up to 2 minutes)

Step 1: First click the Settings Icon and then click on the Globe Icon to enter the Language/Keyboard menu.

Step 2: Click the first button which will open the language menu. Now select the preferred language English

PS : The Sim is deactivated by default : After the first boot, goto Settings > Mobile Networks > SIM Cards > Cofigure SIM Cards and then activate the Sim cards. If you do not do this then the device would be still be on Flight Mode.

  1. Hi, excellent rom I used on lenovo a6000 in Colombia but I found a bug, wen I made a call its no possible listen the operator or my friend maybe the speaker turn off or something like that, so can you fix it.

    Nice camera quality and ram management
    But i’m getting gsensor lag…Any fix?
    I’m using A6000 plus
    Can flashing stock boot.img will fix this problem?

  15. fm radio not working. atleast the native app isn’t. please help?
    overall this’s the best rom so far for me. I just wish the FM cud work. i’ll try restoring the original Lenovo app.

  34. Please, it’s a request to upload roms on gdrive. Your Dropbox account has got a lot traffic and link are no longer available. Also Dropbox doesn’t have resume capability
