  5. hi guys the second method works perfectly…one small step is that u have to boot into the TWRP recovery right away after installing the recovery…otherwise the stock recovery will rewrite itself….and thanks for the procedure @veeramrit:disqus

      • first of all make sure u install all the drivers for Lenovo P1m
disconnect the phone if its connected..

        1. Open the sp flash tools and load the scatter file …
        2. Make sure u ticked usb checksum and storage checksum in options.

        3. Tick ONLY the recovery checkbox and browse to the TWRP recovery file and select it(the path of the recovery file should be seen under location) make sure “Download only” is selected in the drop down list.
5.FIRST click the download button and SECONLY connect the phone (in the switched off Condition)
6.After that a green tick image will appear on the completion of flashing.
7.Disconnect your phone and Hold VOLUME DOWN + POWER key(not the volume UP) u see three options.. go to the recovery.
9.At First boot in the TWRP recovery ALLOW SYSTEM MODIFICATION or else the stock recovery will rewrite itself up on reboot.
10.then Flash the superSU zip file.

  6. i need stock recovery with stock rom flashing guide so that in future we can get future updates from lenovo. custom recovery dont support it.
