Lenovo A5000 Remix UI is based on Android Lollipop 5.0.2 which supports multi-language, pre-rooted, has custom fonts and themes and much more. You just need to download this 272 MB zip file which is the custom ROM followed by the google apps services and flash it using TWRP.
The ROM is smooth and is perfect for a daily driver but, you have to keep your applications up to date using the Google Play Store update option. How To Install Remix UI On Lenovo A5000
Please do the following before you flash Remix UI on Lenovo A5000:
- Take an entire backup of your data. Because system will be wiped during the process of flashing
- Enable USB Debugging on your device.
- Goto > Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging.
- If Developer Options is not located under settings then enable it by going toSettings > About Phone > Device Info and tap on Build Number for about 7-8 times. And then go back and follow the previous step.
- Make sure the battery is 50% charged or more.
- Go to Settings > Security and enable Unknown Sources option.
- If Developer Options is not located under settings then enable it by going toSettings > About Phone > Device Info and tap on Build Number for about 7-8 times. And then go back and follow the previous step.
- Goto > Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging.
How to Install Lenovo A5000 Remix UI Custom Rom
Step 1: Copy the zip file downloaded to your SD Card
Step 2: Now go to TWRP recovery menu
Step 3: Now Advance wipe & select system, data, Dalvik cache, cache.
Step 4: Go back and click Install and select the ROM and flash
Step 5: Reboot
Congratulations now you have successfully installed Remix UI on your device
Steps to enter Recovery mode in Lenovo A5000
- Press and hold the Volume Down Button + Volume Up Button + Power Button.
- When you see the Boot Screen, Release the Power Button but keep the Volume Buttons pressed until you see the Recovery Screen.
