Hello, we have been asked a lot of times regarding the stock ROM. Many of our users have been searching for the stock ROM for Lenovo A6000/Plus. Well without making more late, we found the Pure Stock Rom For Lenovo A6000/Plus which will bring back you to the default state of your device when you first purchased it. Yes if you have installed a custom on your device and have found it a little glitchy or not so comfortable to use and want to revert back to the original state, then you are at the right place. 2. CWM installed – You can follow the tutorial here for installing CWM.

3. Pure Stock Rom – Download it from below.

4. Backup all your data.

How to install Pure Stock ROM on Lenovo A6000/Plus:

Step 1: Copy both the files to your SD card

Step 2: Boot into Recovery (Follow the guide to go to recovery)

Step 3:  Please take an entire backup of your current ROM through the CWM menu. So that you can restore it back if you fail to install the stock ROM (optional)

Step 4: Enter recovery

Step 5: Make a full wipe including “system”

Step 6: Flash the ROM

Step 7: Reboot (the first boot can take up to 5 minutes)

    I rooted my phone but as i got to know that it blocks ota updates i unrooted however it didn’t solve my problem , whenever i try to update it shows error in recovery mode !

    • No,but with other rom motion sensor not.working for Lenovo a6000 plus so forget update. If lollipop comes to a6000 may be this sitw provide pure stock of lollipop. Now forget ota update.

  80. Thanks for the stock rom, I was not getting network connectivity on custom rom. You are a live saver.

  81. I also bricked my phone, but that was because I did’t clean all – system, cash, dalvik and after flash did’t let the new flashed ROM to flash the recovery and remove the root. If you let the ROM to do that – to flash the recovery and to remove the boot you will be fine. Boot that way and after booting you can flash custom recovery and you can root the phone from CWM recovery. Off topic: I have a device with one SIM card, but in the menu for SIM managment I got options for 2 SIM cards (one is inactive, of course). Any idea?

    • Vasil, you’ve confused me a little bit. Have you finally got a rooted device now? And regarding the SIM issue, if you’re using a single sim and the second one is showing as inactive. Does it create any problem? Please let us know.

  82. my ph got bricked and struked up at lenovo logo…iam note able enter in boot menu by presiing 3 buttons simultaniously…and also my ph is not getting detected by adb …please help me..i have a backup of my rom with me…plz help me as soon as possible…..i don’t know what to do in thus case…actually when ph is getting connected with adb i know the procedue…my ph is not responding…please help me……

    • See the easiest way to get your phone being detected is :
      Step 1 : Turn off your device.
      Step 2 : Press volume down button and lock button together for 5 seconds.
      Step 3 : Now connect your device using USB to your PC and use adb and flash the Recovery.img.
      Step 4 : You will enter CWM menu. Now you can flash the pure stock rom.

        • I already asked you as a comment on another thread. Now I see my problem is somewhat similar to saikarthikeya.

          As far as I know, I have formatted the /boot partition in CWM recovery and after restart I can enter default system recovery only where I have only two options “update” from ADB or SD card.

          The phone is detected only to sideload updates on ADB and not detected as a device. I have whole recovery image backup up just before all this happened. But, it does not help unless it boots. I am afraid that I bricked it forever.

          Is there any way to make it work?

      Dude Thanks a lot for your all roms you have posted here . I would like to share my experience of this Shitty phone
      I was hard bricked man, my WIFI MAC ID ,my BLUETOOTH ID, my IMEI number all were gone.
      though i was able to recover my IMEI number by flashing MODEMS of A6000 but wasn’t able to recover my mac id n bluetooth id
      Now the best part i found that in /root folder persist folder contains our mac id so never ever delete or flash any .img onto this persist folder
      What i did was took STOCK ROM from your site, flashed stock recovery and gave it to LENOVO service center
      n guess what my warranty was back , these people don’t know what things they need to flash , so i was replaced my a new motherboard altogether {Rofl} . It’s like a brand new phone again, what they had to do was just flash persist.img of another lenovo phone what they don’t know so far.

      SO all my friends root your A6000 without any doubts you can reclaim warranty by just flashing STOCK ROM+STOCK RECOVERY because lenovo phone doesn’t have a bootloader system unlike NEXUS,MOTOROLA,SAMSUNG,HTC where they can track your rooting activity and can VOID your warranty.
