Lenovo K3 Note MIUI 9 Custom ROM is stable so far with the security patch where you can run Snapchat and watch Instagram videos without any glitch. Download and flash the MIUI 9 custom ROM to give a new look to your Lenovo K3 Note with features that needed to be there in the VIBE UI operating system.

MIUI 9 is based on Android Nougat 7.0 where you get the user interface of the native operating system found on Xiaomi smartphones. Android Nougat is said to be the most stable and easy to use so far as the new version Android Oreo 8 is installed on very few devices, the newest development of such is the Carbon ROM for Lenovo K3 Note which is under the beta stage and has minor bugs present.

Instructions

Step 1: Copy both the files to your SD card (Custom ROM & GApps)

Step 2: Boot into Recovery

  • Or simply connect your phone and type adb reboot Recovery in fastboot window

Step 3: Please take an entire backup of your current Rom

Step 4: Go to Wipe and clean Cache, Partition, Dalvik and System

Step 5: Navigate to install and select the ROM, patches and the GApps and install

NOTE: Please note that we have personally not tested this custom ROM for Lenovo K3 Note but the community users have claimed it to be the most stable ROM. You can try this custom ROM at your own risk, we can only assume that this is for Lenovo K3 Note but if you brick your device then we are not liable for it but, you can install the Stock ROM or you can install Flyme OS custom ROM.

  2. Hello, a big thanks for brining in this ROM. Here you have said that its MIUI 7, but when i see the sys properties it says MIUI 5.9.2 Beta. And its miui 5 because Super user was removed in miui7 which is available in this version.
    The playstore crashes, which I corrected by flashing the appropiate GAPPS(Pico). The sensor is still causing a disturbance-sudden high luminiousity..
    The RAM managment of MIUI was always bad even in original XIAOMI handsets (under 3gb,of course) and heating problem…which is also found here.
